Project Abstract
The POC4TRIAGE project aims to develop and validate novel Point-of-Care (POC) technologies for rapid diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases and stroke in ambulances and emergency rooms. Four compact, cost-efficient POC devices with Edge AI computing models will be created, including a multimodal patch for real-time monitoring, EEG-based head caps for stroke diagnosis, and a handheld immunodetector. These devices will integrate into a new Device Hospital Connectivity Platform (DHCP) for real-time data visualization and AI-driven patient triage, improving treatment times and clinical outcomes.
